24.01.2022 Do something different! Doing something different or what you would consider ‘radical’ and out of the norm for yourself can help change your mental state and ‘lift you out of a noisy rut’ if you are stuck in one. In my experience, trying something different can help 1. Rejuvenate and reboot... 2. Get your ‘mojo’ back 3. Start a new habit What can you do differently? The list can be endless for each of us; however, I believe small changes can make for big outcomes. A few small changes I have found effective are; 1. Going for a walk or run without your phone 2. At or before your weekly grocery shop, stop and think about how many items on the list will be separately packaged in plastic and consider going to a green grocer or farmers market, even if it is out of the way and more expensive 3. A technology de-tox. Perhaps don’t check social media this weekend, instead completely disconnect and rejuvenate. I would love to hear how you disconnect, rejuvenate and motivate yourselves...
