22.01.2022 Thanks for sharing Shirley Our mind and what we think, play a big part in what we do and how we behave. About 18 months ago I was not happy with the way I looked. My thoughts were tormenting me. I was overweight. I was finding comfort in food. I hated looking at myself in the mirror, hated to have my picture taken and dreaded shopping for new clothes.... Then I heard about some new all natural botanical dropsto help me to loose weight. I had tried many diets, none of which worked long term. So I had nothing but weight to loose by trying this one. WOW!! In the first week I was so amazed how they suppressed my appetite - I was not feeling hungry at all. It was a weird feeling. I started to crave healthy foods like protein, salads and fruits.
