25.01.2022 Class and Grading times have been added.

24.01.2022 Something worth thinking on

23.01.2022 Thank you Sensei Hughes for the opportunity to ask questions in relation to weapons at the end of last weeks zoom class. The questions we asked might have only been a tiny part of the bigger picture, however that picture is clearer now. Much appreciated.

22.01.2022 Remembrance Day. Lest we forgot

21.01.2022 Cat is out of the bag, we have secured an International course at the start of Oct 2021. Plenty of time to plan a trip here. Fortunately our Dojos have not been effected by the fires.

21.01.2022 Anyone need a new Hakama.

20.01.2022 Its a real challenge being so far from HQ. These courses would really help when facing the gradings. Unfortunately with between 18- 26 hours in the air each way we rely heavily on our three dedicated Senseis so much.

20.01.2022 Wishing Sensei Williams a big Happy Birthday, best wishes and a virtual hug from all of us in Australia. Will raise a glass for you this evening too.

20.01.2022 Australias three Senseis practising together. Sensei Adrian of Brisbane and in charge of Australia wide Sensei Wayne of NSW and Sensei Steve of Perth (not tagged)

20.01.2022 A great course. Our next course is being held by Sensei Wayne in Sydney Blue Mountains. Dates to be confirmed.

19.01.2022 Latest course news from Perth

18.01.2022 Stay safe Canada

18.01.2022 Great to see training still taking place even under trying and difficult circumstances. Hope everyone had a great time and the broomheads found their handles again.

18.01.2022 National Course Photo. Still have the teachers class and an open class today. Bodies are a little sore today

18.01.2022 Interesting the word Bokken is not widely used in Japan and we use it all the time.

17.01.2022 Promotion from Seido (Made in Japan) if anyone is looking for some things.

17.01.2022 Latest from the UK. Keep good Hygiene practices peeps and try to keep a calm mind in all the hysteria.

17.01.2022 Not Aikido, However what kids are getting upto to raise money for the bush fires has to be commended. Young caring people is what this world needs.

16.01.2022 News from Perth

16.01.2022 Another insightful zoom training session by Sensei Hughes last night. Thank you so much. Its been so nice to see everyones smiling faces from the UK, Canada, France and Holland. Sensei Adrian from the Brisbane Club joined Sensei Steve and myself last night too. Hopefully more will make the most of this opportunity. Next class is 26th June.

15.01.2022 If you are ever in Cairns QLD, this is an amazing Gallery to visit.

14.01.2022 This takes blending with your weapon to a whole new level.

13.01.2022 Update from France

12.01.2022 Wishing all our Ki Aikido friends in Britain all the best for the challenging month ahead. Please be good and safe, then it will be over fast. Hopefully you will find time to work on your Aikido and the free Ki Federation Zoom Sessions are a great way to practice and not be alone in all this mess. All of us in Australia are thinking of you.

11.01.2022 It makes for a very very early morning class, however its worth it and great to see everyone. Thank you so much for this opportunity Sensei Hughes.

10.01.2022 Great class to attend even though its early morning.

08.01.2022 Please lookout for each other over this time ahead of us. A five minute phone call might mean the world to someone lonely, isolated and on lock down. Be kind to the healthcare persons and other hardworking people. Be generous if you have excess. Teach your older persons to use whats app etc so their landline tolls dont hurt if they have internet. Write them a letter instead. Email overseas family and friends more often. Practice at home to help your sanity through whatever we face ahead. Ki Breathing, Meditation, Katas, shadow work. Please be safe and keep up your practise.

08.01.2022 Bokken course all ready to go in Perth.

07.01.2022 Many of us this evening will be having a few drinks and food with friends at a nice place or in our homes, safe and sound to celebrate the New Year. Spare a thought for the poor souls who probably wont even remember its New Years Eve tonight, as they fight to keep their families, lives, homes, livelihoods and environment safe from the raging fires burning our states. Our dedicated, tireless Firemen and women, support personal and wildlife carers are true heroes in this awful mess. May they stay safe and be watched over into 2020.

07.01.2022 Sad news from the UK. Stay safe everyone.

06.01.2022 I know we have followers far and wide. If you are in France, this is where to go.

04.01.2022 The latest from HQ. Congratulations to those who got their 4th and 5th Dans awarded.

04.01.2022 Congratulations to Chris and Fahmi on the success of their Brown belt gradings. The Feb National Course is currently being held in Perth Photo: Two happy students with a happy Sensei Steve in the centre.

03.01.2022 I wonder how we would go with 1 in each hand

02.01.2022 Anyone near Plymouth UK on 01 Mar. Will be a good course.

01.01.2022 Off your bums and on your feet peeps

01.01.2022 Wishing all our students a Happy New Year. Many of us this evening will be having a few drinks and food with friends at a nice place or in our homes, safe and sound to celebrate the New Year.
