18.01.2022 Congratulations to all who trialed for the Phantoms Junior Rep teams. Listed teams at the moment are 12 Boys, 13 Boys, 14 Girls, 14 Boys, 15 Girls, 17 Boys and 17 Girls. 12 Girls probably tonight, 13 Girls and 15 Boys by Wed at latest. 18.01.2022 After the intense rain over the weekend, fields surprisingly remain open. There are still some pools of water on fields 3 and 4 at Gainsborough Oval. Games on Tuesday scheduled for field 4 have been moved to field 8 (4.30 pm 14 Boys game) and field 7 (5.15 pm 14 Girls/Mixed game) at the Chase Reserve fields. Please bear with us as our black, marked lines are difficult to hold and put down with the wet fields. Lines at Gainsborough Oval have been mowed.

18.01.2022 Phantoms 2nd Rep trial is proceeding this afternoon now at GAINSBOROUGH CHASE RESERVE fields. Same times all age groups. Despite council website saying grounds are closed, we have been given permission for trials to proceed.

17.01.2022 Grounds remain open. Games will progress in light rain. There are still pools of water on fields 3 and 4. If you are playing on these fields perhaps bring a towel and some dry clothes in case.

17.01.2022 Phantoms Junior Rep Players - all those who need a uniform, there will be samples and a chance to check your size on Monday 16th at Gainsborough Oval, 5 pm to 6 pm. Uniform sizes need to be in by mid next week.

16.01.2022 Second Phantoms Junior State Cup 2021 trials this Friday 6th November at Gainsborough Oval: 4.30 pm - 12,13 and 14 Girls and Boy 5.30 pm - 15,16 and 17 Girls and Boys

12.01.2022 A reminder that ALL players need to sign in every night of play in the team folder. Please remind ALL parents, friends, supporters to sign in using the QR code which is on the admin tables and in every team folder (or there is a physical sign in sheet at the admin tables as well). HELP US 'KEEP ON KEEPING ON' IN THIS COVID WORLD.

11.01.2022 Re Oztag Tues 27th - Grounds are still open at this stage. Games will be played this afternoon and tonight unless Council close the grounds. There are some pools of water on the edges of fields 3 and 4 at Gainsborough Oval, so if getting wet is not your thing, tonight is not your night!!

09.01.2022 Re Phantoms Second Trial - Council grounds were closed this afternoon given the continuous rain. They may be opened tomorrow and a facebook post will be updated tomorrow early afternoon. If all grounds remain closed tomorrow our back up date for the second trial is next Monday afternoon 9th November.

08.01.2022 There will be a food truck in the carpark at Gainsborough Oval this afternoon/tonight - coffee, sausage sandwiches, steak sambos, muffins, etc, from around 3.30 pm onwards

08.01.2022 A message for all senior players particularly. We had 3 players sin binned last week for aggressive contact or continually questioning the referee's decisions. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR! THOSE 3 PLAYERS ARE ON NOTICE OF BEING STOOD DOWN FOR GAMES IF THIS OCCURS AGAIN.....but....EVERY PLAYER IS ON NOTICE!
