24.01.2022 Draws for Wednesday Seniors have been updated and uploaded on kiama.oztag.com.au Hit on Draws/Results and then 2020 Senior Draws

24.01.2022 Council have reopened our grounds so hopefully they are able to get a mower on and we don't get any more substantial rain. Games will run for both Juniors (final games) and Seniors (semis) next Wednesday 26th Feb as scheduled for our games set down for this Wednesday 19th.

24.01.2022 Final Short/Tight sales tomorrow, 23rd Sept, at Gainsborough Oval (4 pm to 6 pm). Team registrations can also be done tomorrow at the venue.

21.01.2022 Unfortunately council grounds will remain closed today after the storms of last night. Gainsborough Oval in particular is flooded in parts. It will probably be bright and sunny this afternoon but grounds are out. We will try and play the final round of Juniors next week as well as semis / challenge matches for Seniors

21.01.2022 One final round for juniors to go. Nearly ALL teams will play next Wednesday (some age groups have an odd number and 1 team may not have a game!) All managers will be contacted over the weekend re fields. Most times will be as all previous rounds. Top two teams in each age group will play the final, other teams matched up from pointscore. Presentations to follow games.

21.01.2022 All games, both Junior and Senior, are cancelled for today (Wed 12th Feb). Grounds are still closed and more rain is predicted. Managers will be contacted regarding games for next week.

20.01.2022 Grounds remain open. Games will progress in light rain. There are still pools of water on fields 3 and 4. If you are playing on these fields perhaps bring a towel and some dry clothes in case.

19.01.2022 A reminder to Seniors. Games scheduled for Gainsborough CHASE tonight WILL PROCEED AS NORMAL (These will be exhibition games as some teams aren't playing tonight due to the Oval being out!)

19.01.2022 Please stay off the association website until further notice. There are technical issues compromising every Oztag website. If you need a team sheet you can collect from Gainsborough Oval tomorrow and Wed arvo from 4 - 6.30 pm. Any questions for help please contact through messenger.

17.01.2022 All games of Oztag are ON this afternoon, Tues 16th Feb. Our grounds are open! With the heavy overnight rain, some ground changes will occur. Managers will be notified around 2.30 pm of any changes. ALL senior games will be played at Gainsborough Chase Reserve tonight.

17.01.2022 Hi All, Unfortunately the weather forecast does not look good for the next two days. Hopefully we will get running! Please note games for seniors return in 2021 on Tues 19th Jan and Wed 20th Jan respectively. The Tuesday after the 19th is 26th Jan, Australia Day, so no games are being played on that day. Games for Juniors and Seniors for Tues 26th are being played on Thursday 28th Jan. Please let the association know early if your team cannot make any of these dates. If we can't play over the next few days, have a great and safe holiday season. Cheers!

16.01.2022 Grounds remain open and council have done a great job getting mowers on today (Monday 24th Feb). Games for Tuesday Seniors, Wednesday Juniors and Wednesday Seniors should run as per last week's game times and venues.

15.01.2022 Re Oztag Tues 27th - Grounds are still open at this stage. Games will be played this afternoon and tonight unless Council close the grounds. There are some pools of water on the edges of fields 3 and 4 at Gainsborough Oval, so if getting wet is not your thing, tonight is not your night!!

15.01.2022 A message for all senior players particularly. We had 3 players sin binned last week for aggressive contact or continually questioning the referee's decisions. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR! THOSE 3 PLAYERS ARE ON NOTICE OF BEING STOOD DOWN FOR GAMES IF THIS OCCURS AGAIN.....but....EVERY PLAYER IS ON NOTICE!

11.01.2022 Unfortunately Gainsborough Oval is too wet for play tonight. So all Junior and Senior games at Gainsborough Oval are cancelled for tonight. ALL Junior and Senior games at Gainsborough Chase Reserve and Bombo Hill Reserve will proceed as normal.

09.01.2022 Phantoms 2nd Rep trial is proceeding this afternoon now at GAINSBOROUGH CHASE RESERVE fields. Same times all age groups. Despite council website saying grounds are closed, we have been given permission for trials to proceed.

08.01.2022 What a brilliant achievement - Phantoms 17 Boys stepping up to Div 1 and taking the strong Central Coast team to the wire in a Semi Final. The boys played outstanding Oztag with a great attitude. Guided superbly by the male model coach Dougie!

06.01.2022 After the intense rain over the weekend, fields surprisingly remain open. There are still some pools of water on fields 3 and 4 at Gainsborough Oval. Games on Tuesday scheduled for field 4 have been moved to field 8 (4.30 pm 14 Boys game) and field 7 (5.15 pm 14 Girls/Mixed game) at the Chase Reserve fields. Please bear with us as our black, marked lines are difficult to hold and put down with the wet fields. Lines at Gainsborough Oval have been mowed.

Please remind ALL parents, friends, supporters to sign in using the QR code which is on the admin tables and in every team folder (or there is a physical sign in sheet at the admin tables as well). 01.01.2022 Re Phantoms Second Trial - Council grounds were closed this afternoon given the continuous rain. They may be opened tomorrow and a facebook post will be updated tomorrow early afternoon. If all grounds remain closed tomorrow our back up date for the second trial is next Monday afternoon 9th November.
