10.01.2022 Cardio Tennis has started at Kiama and has been met with great enthusiasm.The sessions go for 45 mins with high energy workouts ,hitting tennis balls and having fun the main focus .Cardio tennis is for EVERYONE regardless of age and ability. I am going to start a few more sessions so that it will suit most people .Session times and days listed below as well as the Cardio Tennis Deliverer. Monday 9:30 am (Joe Moseley ,David Jones ) ... Tuesday 6:15 pm (Matt Terentis) Wednesday 9:30 am ( Joe Moseley ) Wednesday 6:15 pm ( David & Hannah Jones) Cost:$10 per session .Book in for 2 sessions for $16 . Two morning sessions and two night sessions available so there are no more excuses no to exercise ! Regards Joe Moseley

01.01.2022 Kiama Hotshots Finals Day .Well done to all participants .The most important part about playing tennis is HAVING FUN.Learning the right technique ,being able to win or select the right shot under pressure or remaining calm are important but not essential .It's about exercising ,learning a life skill ,improving your attitude ,excepting defeat just like you would victory .Tennis is fun ,that's why we play !
