They produce the most amazing hot & cold chocolate flavours like Original chocolate, French Mint, Real white chocolate, Sicilian orange, Cinnamon spice & Vanilla bean to mention a few. 13.01.2022 This is a new adventure for me.....quite fitting for a new year! I am starting a mobile coffee business!!!! It has been a busy time, but with the help and support from Jordy, I have found a chap to build my trailer from scratch and I have been spending lots of $$'s to fit it out with everything I need ie. coffee machines, fridges, ice makers, display fridges, packaging, equipment etc etc etc. I have done a couple of barista courses and I am madly practicing. I have sourced s...ome awesome recipes & products and have found an awesome baker. I have so many ideas and am determined to make them come to fruition this year. This is about creating a happy and sustainable lifestyle. I plan to do a bit of travelling with the trailer, so that I can work and play at the same time. Which means that I can take it to Adelaide, work some markets or events, and spend time with my parents, family & friends while I'm there. Please follow my journey and let me know if you know anyone who needs to hire a coffee trailer! I am hoping for the trailer to be completed in about 2 weeks, then it'll take another couple of weeks to get council approval and all of the permits and registrations that I will need and then I can get going.
