24.01.2022 One of our customers, ultra marathoner Curly Jacobs, uses his Kickbike to cross train. Curly is training to break the record for running from Bluff to Cape Reinga, which will require him to run the equivalent of 3 full marathons a day for 16 days. Kickbike New Zealand is proud to be a part of Curly's training regime. GO CURLY!

A simple motion of health, fun and fitness, as my body gets stronger, it's amazing to witness. Many people ask, what's that youre riding? a kickbike l shout, as l go past gliding. Sometimes l stop to share, by offering them a go, a unique experience as they start off slow. They pick up the action and speed up the beat, by pumping along using both feet. The action of kicking, is a great work out from the start, your muscles grow stronger, which includes your heart. 11.01.2022 What a great ride into work today. I posted a personal best of 22:09 for 7 kms, with a little help from a northeasterly wind and my new Cross Max. The ride home was a bit more challenging; those northeasterlies are definitely a double-edged sword.

03.01.2022 Kickbikes have come a long way in 25 years. This is an interesting picture of the first ever Kickbike being shown off by its inventor Hannu Vierriko. People ask these days why the footplate in not bigger, yet we see that 25 years ago, it was a lot thinner. 2019 is the 25th Anniversary of Kickbike, so we will be celebrating.
