25.01.2022 Some of our mid morning ladies powering through some slam ball and ground and pound in a team versus team friendly competition. Aside from the great results everyone is achieving the social camaraderie and friendship is what really makes the classes worthwhile.

17.01.2022 Qigong is a staple part of our clubs timetable but really it should be a daily practice. Even more so with the approach of Winter and the current Coronavirus turmoil. I want to share this Qigong set with everyone so you can work on the strength of your body, the power of your immune system, the calm focus of your mind, the stability of your emotions, and the tranquillity of your spirit. The original 3-1-2 Qigong is used in hospitals in China to help people recover after illn...esses as serious as cancer. This improved 6-1-2 Qigong is for you to use as a preventative measure against any possible physical or mental health issues. Even if you succumb to something, with diligent practice it would be of a lesser severity and duration than if you hadnt prepared. If you have a Teachable account you will find the video for you there too. The instruction is a little long but once you learn the process it is something you can do in around 10-15 minutes. Simo and I hope you can take advantage of this Qigong and continue to stay safe, happy and healthy.

02.01.2022 Our school is not closed, we are just going virtual for the next little while due to the safety concerns of our members and team and the current government requirements for our industry. In these trying times we want to offer our skills to help everybodys physical health and mental wellbeing, your emotional resilience, and social connection. First off, for the kids in our community we will run a 15 minute Kung Fu fitness session three days a week. It will be live streamed o...nto Kids Kung Fu Gold Coast For the adults we will live stream half hour sessions of Qigong and Flex onto FitLife Martial Arts Tai Chi onto Chinese Kung Fu Academy - Mudgeeraba Branch, and Fitness Kickboxing onto our FitLife Kickboxa Mudgeeraba. We believe in and practice the Chinese philosophy of movement is medicine.
