We find that we stay sitting down for longer... the start of a sore back is usually a warning to get moving and remember to stretch at the end of the working day.... Stretching can help us improve our posture, improve our range of motion, decrease back pain, prevent the risk of injury and decrease muscle soreness. A lot of people are aware of these benefits, but how often do we stretch? Probably not as often as we should! Having the discipline to be able to do these steps will help the stretch, oxygen will get to the muscles that are feeling tight and aid them. It will also teach a great lesson in life, sometimes we are in situations that aren’t ideal.Perhaps it’s this covid-19 specific situation that is getting on top of us.
