I brought it home to KYC and they SMASHED IT! Lunges up the hill to where I was standing and then running as fast as they can until their legs just don't work anymore!... Funniest thing to watch when their little legs stop working! They didn't know what hit them! 06.01.2022 The big announcement! Not only was 9am Bootcamp this morning the last session for 2015, it was also my final session indefinitely. I love my clients more than you can imagine and this decision wasn't an easy one at all!... But on the 18th of January, 2016, I am jet setting off to Canada/Europe/America without a date to return home! Things happen in life that are totally unplanned and sometimes you need to embrace what you do have and what you are capable of. Travelling is something I have always wanted to do, so for now, KYC will remain closed until I return. It's been an amazing 18 months and my clients and everyone around me have been the most amazing support to get me where I am today! Can't thank you enough! To a new beginning and a new adventure

01.01.2022 PLEASE READ When I first became a PT, I had lost 20kg. This is actually why I decided to take this career path in the first place because I wanted to help people like me to lose weight.. I pretended that it was easy, and I gave my clients advice that I didn't even follow myself..... Talk about practicing what you preach... Over the months I took my advice less and less and my weight slowly creeped back up on me. I put back on 12kgs that I once lost. I have always had excuses for it, like I was so stressed running a business that I had no time to eat or meal prep. Or I am putting so much of my time into helping my clients that I have no time to help myself. I go off track here and there and I'm always so hard on myself when I do, yet I'm out there telling my clients that it is ok to go off track, just jump back on and you'll be right! This isn't real. This isn't me. This isn't what I do. I won't lie to you and tell you that it's easy. Because it's not. It's real fucking hard. And it takes a damn long time as well. But SO BE IT. I will be real. The most real I've ever been. My followers & clients don't want to see how easy it is. Because it's a lie and we both know it. Be real to yourself, and don't try to be somebody that you're not. It's not sexy at all. If you want a trainer who is REAL and has experienced/is experiencing weight loss first hand, then please PM me.
