When I started my humble clinic 4 years ago little did I imagine the magnitude of joy I would be feeling to share the powerful healing power of Reiki with those who entered through my door. The joy is boundless and ever evolving. With each person comes a new sense of wonder, of excitement and trust in the loving intelligence of Reiki energy. ... To my 100s of loving clients, I thank you for choosing me to be the vessel through which Reiki flows. For allowing me to share the power of Reiki to heal, nurture and guide you to live your best life. Just as you have grown, as have I. Completing my Master Teacher level in Reiki 2 years ago was perhaps one of the most beautiful moments of my life as now I could not only GIVE Reiki but could TEACH Reiki as well. 15.01.2022 A HUG is one soul's connection with another. For those wondrous few moments it is the entwining of two Energetic bodies and the sharing of comfort, of love and... simplicity. It doesn't cost you anything to give or receive a hug yet it may be one of the most important contributors to your health and well-being as well as those around you. When we are sad, angry or fearful one of the most therapeutic remedies can be a simple hug. The warmth and exchange of energy between two individuals reaps benefits for the receiver as well as the giver providing a much needed human connection. The simple hug can provide emotional and psychological support and has the power to therefore help our physical health and well-being. A hug can mean so much - a message of HOPE, of TOGETHERNESS, of CONNECTION. Its warmth is like a balm over old wounds, its generosity is abundant and its ability to HEAL knows no boundaries. 13.01.2022 It's with a heavy heart that I inform you all that I will be temporarily closing Ki Connection Reiki Therapy Clinic until the current situation with Covid-19 passes. This means that all Circles, Reiki courses and private Reiki sessions are cancelled until further notice. During this difficult time practising GRATITUDE is increasingly imperative. Practising KINDNESS is a must. Practising POSITIVE THINKING, although tough at first, is the key to overcoming what could be seen a...s one of the biggest tests the human race has ever faced. Although at times it may seem like a David Vs Goliath battle, understand that the LOVE and HOPE each and every one possesses within themselves has the POWER to change the trajectory of any given situation. This is the time to go within ourselves, to shrug off those that revel in doom and gloom, go within and reaffirm that "this too shall pass".

12.01.2022 Changing FEAR into FAITH Over the course of the last few weeks I must say that I've experienced a myriad of feelings and emotions with regard to the global situation unfolding before my very eyes. Feelings ranging from over-zealous optimism right through to, at times, potent fear of the trail of sickness infecting all in its path. I, like many others, am closely following the news, awaiting the next update, wondering how I can best protect my loved ones whilst continuing to m...aintain a sense of normalcy in the backdrop of uncertainty. With each news update I felt my heart sink and my mind battling with a thousand negative thoughts. When will this end? After a few days it all of a sudden hit me- if I, as ONE person, am projecting negative energy through my thoughts, then collectively our thoughts of FEAR, DESPAIR, ANGER, SADNESS is causing a mushroom cloud of NEGATIVE ENERGY which in no way can help the global situation at hand. In the face of such tumultuous times we must actively CHOOSE to harbour positive thoughts, and when we actively project loving thoughts to the world and visualise WHITE HEALING LIGHT surrounding our globe, our global brothers and sisters, our loved ones and ourselves, we are taking back the power we have inadvertently given away through our fears and anxieties. I urge you all to please consider my words and convert your thoughts into loving Energy and send it out to the world. 'This too shall pass'. In love and light, Kainaaz
