12.01.2022 Looking for a healthy after school snack but not sure where to start? Look no further than this tasty banana, date and choccy milkshake! Ingredients 250 ml (1 cup) milk of choice 1 medium banana... 2 tbsp raw cacoa powder, unsweetened 4 Medjool dates Method Remove stones from the dates and roughly chop the banana. Natuurlijk hoef je echt niet elke dag samen in de keuken te staan met je zoon of dochter, want vaak gaat het er nou niet bepaald sneller op.. Maar gezellig is het hier altijd als ze erbij zijn! Ze mogen zelf kiezen waar ze mee willen helpen (uiteraard op een veilige manier) en de animo is het grootst als we iets gaan bakken. Maar ook tijdens het maken van het avondeten heb ik regelmatig een hulpje naast me staan Wist je dat het naast heel gezellig, ook heel erg goed is voor de acceptatie van eten? Blootstelling aan gezond eten helpt enorm bij het daadwerkelijk eten (of proeven) ervan. Koken of bakken jullie wel eens samen?
