Nurjennas mum mentioned that graduating from Kiddy Kwon to Taekwon-Do (the big class) was the first goal Nurjenna has ever set herself - and here she is - WELL DONE!! Two years commitment to Kiddy Kwon classes is a big effort, especially starting as a five year old.

21.01.2022 Active children normally develop three elements of fitness when they play, which are: Endurance through running; Strength through climbing; and ... Flexibility through reaching for high or low items. Our classes encourage children to do a variety of activities so they can work on all three elements of fitness.
