No outside food allowed ( drink bottles and baby food ok) full cafe menu available. 15.01.2022 Today, a lot of cafes and restaurants can open their doors again... we are classified as phase 2 ( amusement and entertainment) which means we will know more on June 22nd, and REALLY hope to be open again by July 1st!! Fingers crossed for us all!! We cant wait to have you back, and we will definitely be back!!!

Everyday is a new update and everyday we wait on when we can re open and entertain everyone again ( and ourselves!!) 05.01.2022 COVID 19 STATEMENT: With the recent events unfolding, we would like to assure our customers that we are taking the utmost precautions here at Kid Factory, and will continue to trade, as normal, until ( and if) we are told not to. - our whole centre is constantly cleaned, disinfected and sanitised throughout the day and at the end of everyday and morning. All our staff have been briefed on actions to take to keep themselves, and our clients safe and protected.... We do not have the capacity to hold 500 people at any one time, so therefore, we are not considered to be a place of mass gathering We do ask though, that if you or your child/ren feel unwell at anytime, do stay at home and wait to visit us until you feel well again. Upsetting, shattering, shocked, unfair, angry, just a few words coming to mind at this moment.. weve done all the right things, followed all the right procedures, yet we get no say and were just told what to do.... 02.01.2022 *EDIT- as of today ( 20/6/2020) were back down to only 20 people per session... we strongly advise you to book in your sessions that are listed below.... We will keep updating you as more information comes through over the next few weeks!! Please bare with us.. we get the news at the same time as everyone else... UPDATE! We will be opening our doors again on Monday 22nd June @ 9.15!... The capacity is now 50! So we will do 3 sessions through the day it will be as follows- 9.15-11.15 11.45-1.45 2.15-4.15 The breaks in between means we can properly sanitise and get ready for the next group! To avoid disappointment, we would encourage you to book! 01.01.2022 We are still operating but changing our trading hours to 9:15-3pm, until 31st March and will be applying the 100 person indoor limit, as per the new government guidelines. We hate to ask but we need your support now more than ever ( and we are getting a little bit lonely ) We are stressed of what the months ahead mean for Kid Factory. We totally understand people are scared to venture into the playcentre but would love it if you wanted a take away coffee or takeaway lunch ...to drop in (fb msg us and we can bring it to the car) Or buy a voucher for future visits or book a party for later in the year.
