25.01.2022 Year 11s have planted variety of seeds and seedlings in their garden bed including; corn, kale, cabbage, carrots, beans, bok choy, beetroot, silverbeet, parsley and tomatoes! They are having problems with snails eating the leaves of some of their plants. If anyone can suggest a solution, we welcome your advice.
25.01.2022 Year 8 students are learning about chemical reactions in Science with Mrs Holbrook. They mixed and heated copper sulphate and ammonium hydroxide and recorded their observations.

08.01.2022 Hospitality students who are leaving at the end of this year catered a very special function for their families and staff members tonight. Molly, Lilly, Ella, Leada, Brooke and Rory planned, prepared and served an outstanding three-course meal to showcase the skills they have learnt, along with assistance from Sarah, Lilly and Meg. Mrs Holbrook presented each student with a gift, thanked them for their dedication to the Rock Cafe program and congratulated them for their achievements. Well done to these students, all of whom we are very proud.

07.01.2022 Year 3 students were invited to witness Mr Waythe’s Year 11 class ‘Kebab Stick Bridge Weigh Off’ this afternoon! Stefan, Luke and Mac were given the task of designing and building bridges to hold as much weight as possible. The strongest bridge proved to be Stefan’s, which held 28kg until the attached metal hook broke, but the bridge itself remained intact!
