25.01.2022 Kidmotion is a registered NDIS provider with a cutting edge multidisciplinary clinic located in Wellington NSW. We offer clinic, school-based, Telehealth and Consultancy services to children and families with a range of needs living in the Central West and beyond. We are searching for our next dynamic therapist to join our team. Our clinic is committed to providing person-centred supports to children and their families. Kidmotion seeks many qualities in team members, the most important of which is to be motivated to develop their clinical skills and capabilities in order to meet the changing needs of our clients.
14.01.2022 CLINIC-BASED THERAPY SESSIONS SUSPENDED In direct response to the updated guidelines regarding COVID-19, we need to advise our clients that we are now only able to offer OT services via Teletherapy (using the Zoom Application/Platform) for the next 2 weeks. We will be contacting clients individually to explain how these sessions will work, and to ask if they would like to proceed with their appointments. ... The great news for our families is that we have been providing Teletherapy services on a regular basis to our clients for almost 2 years. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing your lovely faces via Video link in the coming days.
12.01.2022 SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAM Registrations are now open for our 10 week Jungle Journey Program running in term 4. We will assess your child’s readiness for school and then they will attend a super fun weekly group therapy program to boost the skills they will need to function in the classroom and playground environments. The target skill areas are self-care, fine motor, following instructions, self regulation and managing social interactions. If your child or child you work with needs some extra help in these areas contact Clare (places are limited and filling quickly) 6845 4494 by the amazing @littleimageco.
12.01.2022 In a world-first initiative, the Royal Australian Mint have launched the Donation Dollar - a $1 coin designed to be donated to help someone in need. If you're ...lucky to come across a Donation Dollar please consider dropping them into one of your local Donation Dogs at Coles, Woolworths, IGA or one of our many other wonderful local business hosts! A dollar may not seem much. But together with the rest of Australia, your dollar will go towards changing the life of someone with low vision or blindness. 11.01.2022 UPSKILLING TIME We are taking some time today to attend this online training event. Listening to and learning from Australia’s 2 leading Clinicians in Autism is such a privelege! We are excited to share the latest research, assessments and interventions with our girls who have discovered they are on the Autism Spectrum.

03.01.2022 Some more breaking supermarket news this morning ... The Minister for the NDIS has announced that NDIS participants will now be given priority for home delivery... from supermarkets. From tomorrow NDIS participants will be able to order on line and have their shopping delivered to their door. All participants will be sent a code by text or email tomorrow. You can then order your shopping on line and enter the code when prompted. This is available for all Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Foodworks and Harris Farm supermarkets. This is available to ALL NDIS participants. If your child is an NDIS participant you may also use the service. There is more information here - https://www.ndis.gov.au//4703-priority-home-delivery-servi There are questions and answers here - https://www.ndis.gov.au/cor/priority-home-delivery-services Media coverage here - https://www.smh.com.au//supermarkets-set-to-prioritise-foo This is fantastic news for NDIS participants and their families. We have heard lots of stories about people having trouble with their shopping and this will really help. We hope this kind of assistance will be extended very soon to all people with disability, regardless of whether they are an NDIS participant or not. Please share so we can get the word out.
