14.01.2022 Sports Day Today for our sports class the Leopards played cricket. The skills that they focused on today was throwing at a target and hitting a stationary ba...ll. The children loved playing cricket and learning new skills from coach Harrison. These fundamental skills are fantastic for the children to develop at an early age. They help to strengthen gross motor skills, develop hand-eye coordination skills and teach the children how to play as a team What sports does your family play at home?

13.01.2022 It’s our FIRST Birthday coming up!!!!!! What better way to celebrate than have an Open Day Fete at Anchorage! It certainly has been a big year at Anchorage with... lots of renovations, learning and many amazing experiences for the children. We are incredibly proud of how far the Centre has come. There will be lots of stalls from local businesses as well as face painting, a petting zoo, plaster painting, a gold coin donation BBQ and much more! There will also be the opportunity for families to view the Centre and meet our fantastic team of Educators. We are so excited to share this special day with our Anchorage Early Learning families, as well as potential new families and with the wider community. 10.01.2022 SPORTS OPEN DAY -Flamingos Today we invited our families to the centre to join in on our weekly sports class. Coaches Harrison & Elliot planned for the children... to work on their soccer skills with the help of their special visitors. During the sports session the children and families did a warm up, practised their dribbling skills, running and shooting. It was fantastic to see our families getting involved and helping all the children in the Flamingos class. Thank you to all the parents that attended.
