06.01.2022 Worth a try For those of you with anxious children or suffering from separation anxiety, I saw this idea on FB and thought I’d give it a go for my young ones heading back to school today. I drew a heart on all of our palms, we held hands all the way to class to charge our magical hearts. Once at the classroom I reminded them if they felt sad, anxious, frustrated or any emotion they’re not sure how to deal with, push the love heart for a virtual magical mummy cuddle. Miss 5 pressed her magical heart 100 times on the way to school to see if it worked...... First time in many months she was happy to trot into her classroom
