13.01.2022 Ahoy there! Today the adventure pirates travelled to Turtle Island with Miss Bec & Mr Ivan from @itty_bitty_stars to solve a mystery and collect treasure! They all had an excellent afternoon dancing along and using their imagination, colour and letter recognition as well as following the story to solve the mystery and find the treasure which was CREATIVITY!! Each child is now rich with the ability create endlessly... what will their day be? Ask them when they wake up tomorrow... its sure to be an exciting answer!!! 13.01.2022 NAIDOC week and Remembrance Day. Today we held a centre community gathering to remember those who fought in wars and to celebrate our First Nations people. On Turrbal land around our fire; we acknowledged the traditional custodians and listened to the last post before having a minute silence. Once we’d spent time remembering our war heros past and present we joined together for a large music session listening to our favourite music made by aboriginal artists #sharonlindh #walkingoncountry #jessmauboy #ngarraburraferra #naidocweek #remembranceday
