'Yoghurt served with a homemade Granola and platters of fresh Fruit got the day started in a marvelous way. Lunch was a variation of an American classic "Sloppy Joe" using a lean and healthy Turkey Mince as a tasty alternative to Beef, this was served with a soft Bread Roll and some warm Corn on the Cob. Afternoon Tea was another wonderful selection of fresh fruit and Veg sticks a...long with some Protein rich Milo Muffins made with our secret ingredient of blended Chickpeas keeping them lovely and moist along with being high Fibre, Protein and added Vegetable intake, the perfect Afternoon snack.'
