23.01.2022 Parent Teacher Interviews This year, due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are offering our families a difference with parent teacher interviews. Each child’s family will have the opportunity to request a phone interview or a social distance interview at the service on the above dates. Interviews will run for 20 minute time allocations, if you would like a longer interview please email the centre on [email protected] to arrange this. 22.01.2022 Baby Club Due to an overwhelming response with our Friday Baby Club, we have decided to run a second Baby Club session on Wednesdays starting Wednesday 9th December 9-10.30am and running again on Wednesday 16th December on a trial basis. Are you looking for something local to do with your bub? We are starting our free baby playgroup up again at Kids Academy Penrith for children under 18 months and their carer's. 14.01.2022 Kids Christmas Party This year our Christmas Party is going to be a bit different........ Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to have parents stay for our usual one day event.... So in its place it will be a WEEK long event! All week (Monday 21st - Thursday 24th) while your child is at the Centre we will have a jumping castle, face painting, tattoos, Christmas craft, Christmas cooking/baking and much much more! We are also hoping for a visit from a very special someone dressed in red and white

12.01.2022 N A T U R E H U N T Our preschool children have been busy connecting with Country last week, as they explore and investigate the natural world. The children have been investigating mud, insects, wildlife, plants and asking lots of questions about their investigations. Last Tuesday, the children stepped out on a nature scavenger hunt where they were able to use inquiry, investigation and mathematical processes as they located the objects on their charts. The children r...ecognised symbols and patterns, counted ants and compared what they had found. The children connected with their environment and were enthusiastic as they identified and located all of the items on their charts. The children continued to point out butterflies throughout the afternoon and talked excitedly about their scavenger hunt.
