Our latest sustainability project has been growing and maintaining our garden, which we have grown using supplies from collecting our bottles and cans with the help of our amazing families! Our produce is then used in our kitchen, making highly nutritious healthy meals ... Our scraps are placed in our compost bins and used to feed our wriggly friends in our worm farm! #sustainability #healthyworld

16.01.2022 Raising healthy children is about more than just 5 veg & 2 fruit a day. Our Healthy Children program promotes a holistic approach to learning, linking education programs, excursions, events, and enrichment activities. Our Healthy World program is one aspect of this approach, and introduces children to social responsibility, conservation, and sustainability. Following our community involvement during the Catho Clean Up, Miss Catharina simulated what it would be like to collect rubbish from our oceans through a water play experience. The children worked together to remove the rubbish and ensure the sea creatures had a happy and healthy home. These projects and experiences allow children to understand their role in contributing to a Healthy World and community!
