25.01.2022 Are you ready to consciously RELAX DEEPER? To really let go fully, to tap into surrender, trust, relaxed healing, incredible inner peace ...? Or have you mastered it? It is an awesome thing to master!! I love to highlight this life skill in my yoga class for women.. that’s real self care and allowing your extremely intelligent body-temple to create harmony and balance from within...... Today I was preparing for tonight’s online bliss class! In the sun on our porch .. even eating lunch there, soaking up the magical rays!! Just wanted to share also that I finally made my own sauerkraut .. so full of goodness ... Probiotics, vitamins, fibre, digestive enzymes.. great for gut health.. so easy to make!! Also just showing the path to my indoor/outdoor yoga and consultation space .. in case you wish to join me! So much space! Easily 2-3 meters in a lofty outdoorish space.. Have nourishing food, take amazing care of yourself.. I made my favourite vegetable bake, with sweet potato, potato, tomato, carrot, onion and garlic.. baked with olive oil and lemon juice, plus sea salt and pepper... Then pics from my walk this morning.. that magical blue blossom.. such grace and perfection and detail.. I feel inspired knowing Mother Nature is so profoundly functional and elegant in all its designs.. I trust life, this moment and wish to share my joy, any of my skills that I have learnt, any uplifting wisdoms that flow through me ... Hence I am offering free meditation on Saturdays on my YouTube channel and there will also be mini free yoga classes there too coming up over Easter.
