23.01.2022 We’re excited to announce that Kids Connect Therapy will be opening doors for face to face services next week! Adaptations have been made to ensure clients and their families are returning to a safe and fun environment. Telehealth will continue to remain a service option. 15.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS : The Premier has just announced changes in schools for Term 3 in metro Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire. Monday 13th July - Students at specia...l schools return to school and students in Year 11 and 12 at mainstream schools are back at school. Monday 20th July - Students in Prep to Year 10 at mainstream schools go back to learning from home. In making the announcement Premier Dan Andrews, the Deputy Premier and Minister for Education James Merlino acknowledged just how difficult learning from home was for students with disability. All students with disability have the option of going to school where they will be supervised and supported to do the learning activities set by their classroom teacher. Students with disability can attend part-time or full-time. Students with disabilities includes all students with additional needs, not just those with Program for Students with Disability (PSD) funding.

12.01.2022 SERVICE UPDATE 21/7/2020 It’s been a team effort, but as planned and prepared, KCT transitioned smoothly to some face to face sessions last week! This essential service is for those clients that need it most. ... If your child can access therapy via Telehealth services we strongly recommend you continue to do so for the safety of the clients and our staff. We will continue to implement additional health and safety protocols to reduce risks of transmission. If you need to contact Admin about your child’s upcoming session please phone 9807 1114.

We’re providing Telehealth via Zoom and can offer families a range of service options to suit your child’s individual needs. Telehealth isn’t just about the therapist working directly with your child. Telehealth can also focus on parent education and consultation. After all, you’re the most important person in your child’s life! Our busy team of therapists are putting together some additional service options. Watch this space for details to come!!

Currently we are awaiting more information from the Victorian Government as to what this looks like for our service. Your session times and bookings are still confirmed until further notice.
