MMA (ground fighting) rounds and kickboxing and boxing rounds (stand up fighting). Awesome effort which impressed all the parents and inspired many of your peers.

12.01.2022 Parents tough love needed to save WA kids from online sex crime September 1, 2015 9:55am PHIL HICKEYPerthNow... THE police squad shining a light on the dark side of the internet has warned WA parents must use tough love to protect their children from online sex predators. This includes stopping kids from posting full profile photographs on social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter and choosing non-gender specific usernames. The advice comes from the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team targeting online child sex crimes which has charged 35 people in WA with 147 offences since December. Acting Commander Glenn Feeney, head of the WA Police sex crime division, said the officers were expertly trained to catch technically savvy predators, whose offending he described as evil beyond words. He said while parents were more aware of the dangers online predators posed to their kids, they could still do more. A bit of tough love is needed from parents, he said. They really need to stand up to the mark and say to their children, I need to know what sites youre on because I need to make sure youre safe. Whether youre a parent or a grandparent ... we love and protect our children and this is part of that role.

10.01.2022 Final class is next Wednesday 9th December 5-5.45pm. Awards will also be given out and a Xmas surprise!! For those who have an awards night at school, please see me and book in for the following Monday night (14th December) with the adults and Yellow/Orange singlet gradings form 6-7pm.

09.01.2022 Krav Maga gradings for kids were this week. 30 White belts and last night "senior" ranks; Blue, Green and Brown. Realistic self Defence against peer bullies and adult attackers.

08.01.2022 Due to no one grading in Tetsu Ryu tomorrow, the Muay Thai grading will start at 9am. Make sure you come down and support those attempting their next level and stick around after for a sausage sizzle and a drink, to celebrate their success.

05.01.2022 There will be no leadership course this term as we will be concentrating on Kickboxing. Classes will start at 5pm Monday and Wednesdays. I will be collecting the names of those who wish to grade in Kids Krav Maga in the next week or so. All gradings will take place in December.
