A chance to slow down and enjoy the surroundings and appreciate the beauty around you. Bring your sketch pad to sketch your discovery on the day to share with the group at the end of the walk and spend 10min under the Beautiful Oak trees, immersing yourself in nature. We will practice gratitude and finishing the session with some love and kindness meditation. #natureplayweek
