18.01.2022 NAIDOC week and Remembrance Day. Today we held a centre community gathering to remember those who fought in wars and to celebrate our First Nations people. On Turrbal land around our fire; we acknowledged the traditional custodians and listened to the last post before having a minute silence. Once we’d spent time remembering our war heros past and present we joined together for a large music session listening to our favourite music made by aboriginal artists #sharonlindh #walkingoncountry #jessmauboy #ngarraburraferra #naidocweek #remembranceday

07.01.2022 Junior Kindy and a few Kindergarten friends ventured out to bush kindy today for Outdoor Classroom Day! Bush kindy is our special place to learn about nature, culture and grow a respect for our surrounding environments. The children love exploring the art trail and watching the wetlands from the bird watching tower. 06.01.2022 Kindergarten Baking Day!! The children decided that they would like to make PANCAKES! They also chose to make PINK pancakes!! They all worked together to count out each measurement and mix the ingredients together before Miss Anitha cooked them up for the class to enjoy! YUM YUM!!
