19.01.2022 It’s very common for us to talk to families about their children’s restricted diets. We have put together a list of general strategies that we like to give our families. One of our suggestions is around keeping ‘safe foods’ safe by making small changes - such as offering different shaped pasta. Somehow this week, this dinosaur pasta found its way into our shopping trolley! My children (who are 12, 11, 6 and 6) all thought this was the most exciting thing ever!
