30.11.2021 In June I will be taking part in the push-up challenge for better mental health. The challenge runs over 25 days, and in those 25 days me and my team will have to complete 3,318 pushups. Over the next month I will be posting more information about both the challenge itself and mental health awareness (however you can read more about the challenge if you click the link).
