25.01.2022 Big shout out to my client Gino who smashed the 500m row challenge at the gym!! Showing everyone how its done even at the age of 62! #surgerowchallenge

23.01.2022 Lately I have been writing some articles and have a long list of subjects that i would like to write about. So i have created my own website so that i have somewhere to post them & here it is. My aim will be to get one done each week with a variety of subjects from Relevance of Training to more in depth things like Neutral Spine & Proper Bracing. The first one however i have decided to write on is Motivation. Keep in mind that this is just my take on Motivation based on what i have experienced in my 8 years of working in the industry. My aim and goal for these will be to create some discussion and to challenge the way people see certain things.

14.01.2022 Hey all, here is my take on Max testing with the big 3 movements. Hope you all enjoy the rant half way through

04.01.2022 Even though i won the rowing challenge as the fastest male this month...looking back now i really didn’t win anything at all. This was about 15-20 minutes post row #oneanddone

03.01.2022 Conscious movement is something incredibly under utilized. Mainly because of ego's in the gym thinking 'the heavier the better' but also because a lot of people don't know what it is or how to begin to implement it into their training. I'm sure everyone has heard 'technique is king' at some point, which is very true...but it is only the beginning...DUN DUN

03.01.2022 Congratulations and well done to everyone who completed the HBF Run for a Reason... ...but an even bigger congratulations to my Dadwho has been involved in each of the HBF events over the past 10 years! He is now part of a very small group of people to have completed every Run for a Reason they have held & he got a very cool shirt to acknowledge his achievement. Even though i cant think of anything worse to do on a cold and early Sunday morning each year, i am super prou...d of him & have the upmost respect for what he has achieved! Not bad for an old man...
