25.01.2022 Our Covid19 affected Summer Comp came to a close last Wednesday night. We still had a large crowd considering the restrictions still in place. Div 2 Final was between Tyrepower and Salubrious. With the latter team getting the jump early and raced home with a convincing 9 3 victory. Well done Salubrious on a great finals campaign. Div 1 was between first place Wolf Pack & 3rd place Kill Shots. This was a tight tussle all the way with some fantastic 8ball... but Kill Shots held on for victory in a close final. Special mention to our trophy donors Yowie Couriers & Somerset Leisure (Dennye Mosley) for their continued support.

24.01.2022 With the easing of restrictions starting tomorrow we're back on the felt and re-starting our Summer League next Wednesday

14.01.2022 Sorry guys ... life gets in the way sometimes .. We held our Ladies Singles Champs a couple of Saturdays ago .. with a small field this year it was always going to be a battle for the 7 ladies .. and at the pointy end we had Melinda go through undefeated to the FInal. Leigh Ann Hobbs and Tracey Evans battled out the Semi for a place in the Final. Leigh Ann managed the win and then took the first set off Mel in Final. Melinda regrouped and went on to beat Leigh Ann and take ou...t the Singles Championship. Thanks all for attending and Deerlightful Photography for the trophies See more

12.01.2022 Held our 2020 K8BC Men's Singles on Saturday with a super keen role up of 15 players which was our biggest field ever. Thanks to everyone who attended and made it a another awesome day Someone had to win and this year Matt Harrison took the title going though undefeated and also made short work of the final by beating Shannon Irwin 3 nil with Bryan Kross taking 3rd place.... Trophies were sponsored by Yowie Couriers many thanks to Steve & Deb McLeay Chalk it up

11.01.2022 Now that we have all sobered up from another gr8 'SHARK DAY' I will get on with formalities We had a great field of 22 players and it was a massive Calcutta... with a staggering 1100 in for first place!!! As the day rolled on big names dropped and Cameron finished 3rd unable to defend his title. The final came down to Yowie and the Yeti... Yowie was undefeated all day and had to be beaten twice in the final... unfortunately for Roscoe he couldn't quite get him and Yowie won ...his first Shark day.... Melinda finished highest lady for the comp... so well done Mel. Thanks to our trophy donors Shayne and Sharon Petty for a great day again and all participants.... cant wait to do it again next year K8BC would like to wish every one a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year. 06.01.2022 Due the ongoing current indoor restrictions of mask wearing and seated drinks the Management Committe asked all captains if they wanted to continue our Summer League and play pool wearing masks or reschedule the next two weeks. The majority has voiced their displeasure of having to wear masks whilst playing and have voted to reschedule the Rounds to start after we return to some normality on Thursday 15th April Please find below upcoming rescheduled matches ... 04.01.2022 Well last Saturday our lads went down 5 - 15 to the Ipswich boys. They had great support from a large number of our members and the rematch is on tomorrow at the Ipswich Clubhouse. They're opening at 4pm and the match is at 5.30pm. Would be good to get a few of us down there to cheer them on
