19.01.2022 Commercial Laundry Machine Operator Required 15-25 hours per week with some weekend work! Operate and monitor washing machines and dryers, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint screens. Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load. Follow all company and safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. M...aintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and report any problems direct to Company Director. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. 13.01.2022 Please note the current position available at Kilcoy laundry is work in a commercial Laundry NOT a laundromat. Washing machines and dryers are massive. It is heavy work & does include pushing trolleys that weigh up to 200+ kgs up a ramp and into a van, strapping them in and then delivering and unloading to our client. Other deliveries will include lifting bags of sheets and other linen to designated delivery points. It really isn't a case of putting the washing in and walking away. Machines need to be monitored, adding extra chemicals, giving a cycle more time, taking water to a higher temperature etc..... We have recently helped cater for a few weddings, and other private functions. It has been a positive experience and we want to let everyone know that we offer more than just your everyday laundry needs.

11.01.2022 Just a little reminder its that time again - i tend to do this every 6 months or so and its been that long since i last posted it! Don't neglect cleaning your w...ashing machine, its simple 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda (in the washing powder drawer) and half a cup of white vinegar (inside the drum) - put your washing machine on a hot wash. This will get rid of all that soap build up! EASY - share this so you don't forget!! See more
