16.01.2022 Our high end cuts of beef eg rib fillet and rump are always in high demand however due to 2020 drought conditions and stock rebuilding supply has been very limited. Unfortunately to keep up with our consumer demand suppliers have been providing us fresh beef without the wet ageing process - hence the beef has not been as tender as usual. KQM has always been about quality product and customer service so Adam has made the hard decision today and returned our carton beef stock to the supplier - apologies as you may find a shortage in store with some of these cuts.
