19.01.2022 GATE TICKETS CLOSED DUE TO AN UNPRECEDENTED AMOUNT OF GATE TICKETS SOLD WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY MORE TICKET SALES AT THE GATE. ONLY PREPAID TICKET HOLDERS WILL NOW BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE GATE. We apologize for any inconvenience but due to our COVIDSAFE plan this is unfortunately what we need to do. ... 12.01.2022 Today’s the day!!! The committee will be on the gate from 5am this morning Pre works commencing from 10am Kilcoy Konvoy arriving from 10am... Main rodeo performance from 1pm Entertainment from the fabulous band South West after the rodeo til late Food & licensed bar on site (EFTPOS available) Tickets available online - ticketebo.com.au/KilcoyRodeo or at the gate (EFTPOS available) FREE courtesy bus (local area) - please see previous post BE KIND ... it’s free! Everyone you encounter ‘working’ on the grounds is a volunteer giving up their time so we can run the event If you have any URGENT questions please phone 0434 355 421 as we may not get to monitor messages closely today. 11.01.2022 COURTESY BUS DETAILS Starting from approx 12pm, pick ups at the Kilcoy Memorial Hall (William St), Kilcoy Visitor Information Centre (Hope St) and the corner of Esk-Kilcoy Rd & Gregors Crk Rd (near New Country Crk Rd). For earlier pick ups, large groups and for drop offs in the afternoon & evening please phone Michelle on 0418 755 226. A massive thank you to Michelle for driving the bus for us, and to NCC early learners for the donation of the bus.

01.01.2022 How fabulous is our arena looking?! Our committee have been hard at work making sure everything is in tip top condition for Saturday A few housekeeping points ... TICKETS can be purchased at the gate, EFTPOS facilities available (pre purchased ticket holders will have the express lane into the grounds however) ... If you have a pre purchased ticket please either have it printed or ready on your phone for presentation at the gate. Each person will need to present their own individual ticket for scanning (camping tickets WILL NOT need to be scanned so only have your gate entry tickets ready) To adhere to our Covid plan, EVERY PERSON on the grounds MUST be wearing their armband (you will receive this at the gate). Anyone found to not be wearing an armband will be removed by security Please feel free to BYO chairs/picnic blankets in to the grounds - we only have very limited grandstands EFTPOS available for purchase of food/drink tickets once inside the rodeo grounds STRICTLY NO GLASS allowed on grounds FREE CAMPING IS ONLY FOR SATURDAY NIGHT. Unfortunately we are unable to accept campers into the rodeo area on Friday night.
