22.01.2022 Earlier this year we ran a School Colour Explosion Run fundraiser for Chaplaincy but had to unfortunately postpone the run ...until now! On Tuesday 1st December, students will participate in the event which will run during school time on the school oval. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, parents are unable to attend the event (photos from the event will be posted on the Kilcoy State School Facebook page after the event). Students wishing to participate need to bring a set of old clothes to change into (at school) and a towel. Please note that the colour powder is non-toxic and suitable for asthmatics. There is no cost for the event.

Sunday 25th April 2021 We would like to invite all students to meet Mr Persini and Mrs Nash at Anzac Park in Seib Street at 10.15am, ready to represent our school and march at 10.30am. Students are to wear their formal school uniform and school hats please. Please note that the march will take a different route this year. We will be forming up in ANZAC Park, Seib St, then marching up the service road in William St, into Kennedy St, and finish at Mcauley St.

Unfortunately the implications of these restrictions means that we have been required to bring the Year 5/6 students home from camp earlier than expected. They will be arriving at 8.15pm tonight at the bus stop next to school. Parents have been notified.

03.01.2022 Community Activity news: The Somerset Regional Council is running an exciting activity at Yowie Park on Saturday 10th April, for National Youth Week. The event is a Rock Climbing Championship and is open to all ages 6yrs - 18yrs. There will be Free Pizza, a DJ, $600 in Prizes, and a Mobile Rock Climbing wall for children to race their mates.
