We cannot begin to name each and every person who has made our year successful. But thank you. Thank you to our sponsors who without we wouldn't have our gear and equipment. Thank you to our volunteers who without we wouldn't have funds, food, or Game day. Thank you to our supporters who without we wouldn't have a reason.... 20.01.2022 These are the items up for auction following tomorrows double header. First game is Stanthorpe vs Inglewood with kick off at 1:30pm and then at 3:00 pm it is Killarney vs Tenterfield. There will be also raffles drawn at the game as well as tickets still available for the hand made bar made by our club president Aaron Mckinney We hope to see all of the Cutter supporters at the game. 17.01.2022 'Vale Peter Shatte' On behalf of all connected with the Wattles Warriors Rugby League Club may I offer our most sincere condolences to the family of recently ...departed good friend and former Warrior Mr Peter Shatte. Peter was a long serving & dedicated supporter and volunteer to rugby league, especially in the Stanthorpe area, including both senior and junior Stanthorpe Gremlins clubs. Highly respected by all he knew, Peter coached Wattles Under 17 teams in the 1999 & 2000 seasons, his son Nathan playing in the sides. We have many great memories of those years, and the Shatte mobile arriving from Stanthorpe for training and matches with Pete, Nathan and team members Rana Alderman and Jordan Atkins. Wattles are so very grateful to Peter and his family for their contribution to our club, and proud to be associated with someone who gave so much to the game at all levels he touched. All of us at Wattles extend our deepest condolences wife Kerry, son Nathan and daughter Sarah and extended family. Peter’s funeral will be held graveside this Friday, 10th of May at 2pm. A massive thank you to Carramar Timbers, the Killarney Co Op and Aaron McKinney for this fabulous prize. And another massive shout out to all that purchased tickets...commiserations for not winning but your much appreciated ticket purchase has given the Killarney Cutters much needed funds to continue into the 2018 Rugby League season! A big congratulations also to the Inglewood Roosters for taking out the title of 2017 BRL Premiers!

09.01.2022 Today's meeting to recruit an executive committee for the upcoming 2018 season resulted in 4 attendants. No one has come forth with nominations and no positions were filled. At this stage the future of the Killarney Cutters is not known. Stay tuned for further details.

08.01.2022 no positions were filled at today's agm. This means that for the cutters to field a team in 2018 a whole new committee must be elected! We will be holding a se...condary agm on saturday the 4th of november at 1pm at the killarney rec club to try and fill all committee positions and coaching positions! Any new volunteers will have the full support of all 2017 committee members! If a new committee is not formed by the 12th ( border league agm) of November the killarney cutters will not field a team for the first time in 21years!! COME ON KILLARNEY!!!! See more
