17.01.2022 Hey guys just a bit of insight into Oztek performance im only one guy my primary contact method is by phone sometimes im hard to get hold of someone days i get ...up to and over 50 phone calls a day 30+ msgs from Facebook 'text messages ect between been on the dyno and building customer cars not to mention the customers that walk in .ordering parts and actually getting some work done sometimes it can take upto 2 or 3 hours just to do a quote for a 30 to 50k build its impossible to get to everyone. Just call again until you get me please. Imagine 30 plus messages a day and im flat out .and the next day there is 50 more unfortunately some messages get forgotten way down the list .My reputation over the last 15+years in the performance and tuning industry speaks for its self .i have cars shipped and brought to me from all over the country. i often work 10 plus hours a day and 7 days a week .i try and do my best to help eveyone but also have a family that likes to see me on occasion .text msgs and social media are 24hours a day . Business is great and getting busier by the day so please just try and call again ill get you booked in .im not ignoring you .you are important to me im just busy doing what i do over the years iv made many good friends that started as my customers some of them now i call my family.
