02.01.2022 This time last year we closed our doors to the public and then set about taking apart the store and my life for the last 7 years. Thanks to everyone that supported us, it meant the world. (1 year gone)

02.01.2022 So this Saturday April 19th is Record Store Day. Independent Record stores are the best fucking stores in the world...I love them. I have been going into them for as far back as I can remember. They are places that can change your life, I know that sounds sappy and stupid but they can. This weekend, next weekend, next Thursday, Friday and then Monday and Tuesday and on pay-day on Wednesday GO TO THESE STORES. Talk to the staff, the owner is there no doubt...they might even ...be working two jobs to keep it all going. I know none of us are rich and it's hard to find that extra few bucks every week, BUT to me it makes sense to spend those extra bucks at one of these stores. The fact that my daughter might one day say "What's a Record Store??" breaks my fucking heart. So go nuts this Saturday, spend all you money, you'll feel good trust me. Head to Tym Guitars Retail, Rocking Horse Records, Jet Black Cat Music, in Brisbane. Got fucking nuts at Resist Records Official, poison city records Clarity Records, Fist2Face and every other INDEPENDENT store you can find that I forgot.
