If your find your insurance companies recommended repairers are not open (Stage 4 Melb Metro) rest assured you'll be able to bring you car in to us for quote and repairs. No-one wants to travel too far from home at any time, let alone now, so let us take care of this for you. We can arrange contactless quotes and drop off and pick up in the local area. 18.01.2022 Does your insurance policy have choice of repairer? Don't know? Ask the question! We've mentioned here before how several clients that wanted their vehicle repaired here were sent to Somerton with no choice. Very inconvenient to get there and back, especially if your policy doesn't include a hire car. All these are extras that you pay more for but make a big difference when you need them. Lately we've had several vehicles come to us for restitution work after having been re...paired in Somerton or elsewhere. Approved repairers for insurance companies are held to low labour costs and agreed amount for repairs which means they turn the work out quickly and cheaply. We then fix what they missed. Don't be without your car twice. Once for the accident repairs and again for rectification of shoddy repairs. Ask the question of your Insurer. Do I have choice of repairer? If not, add it or look around at other insurance companies. Regional customers shouldn't have to go outside their area to have their car repaired.

01.01.2022 Rectification work.....lots of it! That's what happens when your insurance company says you have to go to their repairer. They have a set price and time to complete the work on your car and are bound by price to the insurance companies. Not us! We are independant and we fix you car like it should be fixed, not turn cars out like a sausage factory with sub-standard repairs done in half the time they should be. Make sure you are with an insurance company that gives you choice of repairer. YOU choose who does your repair and how it's done, not them. That's what you're paying premiums for.
