18.01.2022 This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done! Paragraph 5.5.1 of IS...O 9001:2000 requires "that responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated within the organization" to prevent this from ever happening again. 13.01.2022 Check out this facade refurbishment we completed last year. The team at Site Architecture Studio did a fantastic job modernising the building inside and out. The Kilmore team removed and replaced the existing cladding with ULTRACORE G2 cladding and with the help of our mates at OD3 Engineering we also detailed, fabricated and installed the steel canopy and PermaTimber composite battens. #cladding #steel #facade #canopy #reclad

08.01.2022 Kilmore Group had the opportunity to test drive the Trimble SX10 Scanning Total Station this week courtesy of HL Geospatial, and we were not disappointed. The SX10 allowed us to resect in to the project grid and pick up the awning steel work and stud work for coordination and clash detection of the facade in less than an hour on site. 04.01.2022 Timelapse video of cladding remediation works on Adelaide Terrace, Perth WA. Kilmore Group developed the solution for the removal of the non-compliant ACP that had been incorporated into the existing curtain walls. We also provided a detailed methodology and execution plan to minimise disruption to the building occupants whilst carrying out works safely during normal working hours.
