25.01.2022 Thank you so much to our valued partner and sponsor, the Bendigo Community Bank and the board of Norcen Financial Services, for approving a substantial grant which will go towards completing our new electronic scoreboard. This was such a welcome boost to the club during these difficult times and their generous support is greatly appreciated. The club has a partner referral program with the bank, where club members receive a highly competitive rate and a percentage of the loan goes to the club. We highly recommend you contact the Bendigo Community Bank for all your banking needs.

22.01.2022 The club is delighted to announce that Marcus ‘Sharky’ Davern has been appointed reserves coach for the 2021 season. ‘Sharky’ has been a stalwart of the club and coached the reserves to the finals in 2019, after finishing the home and away season in 2nd position on the ladder. Many thanks to Ben Egan for taking on the reserves coaching role in 2020 and finishing with an unblemished record, never having coached a side that was defeated. Great effort Ben and welcome back Sharky!

22.01.2022 The last we heard from the NFNL, they were planning on running a nine match home and away season. All you need to do is click on the link in the attachment and enter your details. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Adam Dove and the team at Kilmore Toyota and Seymour Toyota for their ongoing support of the club. Go Blues!

07.01.2022 Please see following update we have just received from NFNL. Hi All NFNL Football and Netball Clubs, On the back of yesterday’s State Government announcement around easing some restrictions the eight metropolitan leagues met with AFL Victoria today.... The current position around training is that no sanctioned training should take place until return to training protocols are established, put in place and accepted by leagues, clubs and local council alike. AFL Victoria is establishing these protocols and we hope to have these in the near future. A number of considerations around health and safety protocols and insurance need to be worked through prior to training being sanctioned. We have also been advised that Football player transfers will be re-opened soon and we will provide an update on both items as soon as this information comes to hand. In relation to netball, Netball Victoria is awaiting final details from the State Government before it can release step one of its action plan. The NFNL will continue to keep all its member clubs updated with information as soon as it comes to hand. If you have any further queries please don’t hesitate to contact the relevant staff member who looks after your competitions.
