25.01.2022 Back in 2013 I did my very first Half Marathon. In the lead up to the event I heard about an organisation called Soldier On, and the work they were doing to support those that have served and continue to serve in the Australian Defence Force. I decided to fundraise and dedicate my Half Marathon to Soldier On. I’ve run countless Half Marathons (and the odd marathon) since then, and the old Soldier On running shirt is starting to wear out. But Soldier On Australia is still push...ing on with their mission - to provide holistic support to the men and women who have served in the ADF. So this year I have a new challenge. I will be running 96 km (the distance of the Kokoda Track) in the month of March for the March On challenge. You can help Soldier On with their ongoing mission to support our Veterans by donating at the link below; https://fundraise.soldieron.org.au/s/243/250

21.01.2022 Back in the chair at the Armidale Blood Donor Centre giving some more life saving plasma, and notching up another donation for the PCYC Armidale team. At the moment we’re sitting in second place for team donations in Armidale for 2021.

17.01.2022 Keith will be running his regular boxing class tonight at 6. Come down and have a go, it’s a great workout for all fitness levels.

17.01.2022 Hey Team, This month I’ll be running 96km to support mental health and to honour our brave veterans and their families so that they can march on. Why 96km? Because that’s the length of the Kokoda Track to symbolise the courage and sacrifice of our veterans and their families.... I’m running to raise funds to support Soldier On’s life changing mental health services, to help prevent veteran suicide and support our serving and ex-serving personnel whose mental health has been impacted by their service. So, as I March On I’d love your support. Please support my efforts to help our heroes march on and thrive in our communities. 16.01.2022 Donating plasma before the long weekend. My donation will go to people that need blood products and may even save someone’s life. It also contributes to the PCYC Armidale Lifeblood Team tally - so far we’re on 12 donations for 2021.

16.01.2022 Getting into to St Patrick’s Day spirit at the PCYC.

16.01.2022 Hey everyone. I’m taking part in the March On challenge to help Soldier On help our Veterans and their families. I’ll be running 96 km (the length of the Kokoda Track) over the month of March and hopefully raise some money for Soldier On to continue the great work they are doing in supporting our Veterans. In doing this, I need your help with a donation so Soldier On can continue to provide their vital support services. Every dollar you donate to my page will go to directly t...o Soldier On and you will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you have made your donation. Every little bit helps. Click the link to donate. Cheers https://fundraise.soldieron.org.au/s/243/250/s

07.01.2022 Flatcap Friday. Working with these blokes in the gym on Friday mornings is always fun. We kick off the week with boxing on Mondays, then cardio on Wednesdays, then finish the week with weights on Fridays. #fitnessover50 #flatcapfriday #mensfitness #healthyhim

06.01.2022 I really think I have the best job ever. Here’s my Over 55s Men’s class. These blokes are inspiring. My challenge is to keep coming up with new ways to challenge them.

05.01.2022 It's 6 months today until . . . the 2021 Duval Dam Buster!! Are you excited? Rego's will be opening very, very soon! Maybe even today. In the meantime, c...heck out our new 30km course. That's right - there's no double-loop of the 15 this year. We've been working behind the scenes to make the event even more sensational. The 30k'ers will enjoy some absolutely stunning scenery and challenging vert over the back of Mt Duval. Total elevation for the 30 will be around 940m! You know you want to. Big thanks to UNE for allowing us to use Mt Duval and the "Newholme" property.

03.01.2022 Are you up for the challenge? Run or walk 96km in the month of March and raise money to help Australian Veterans and their families.
