23.01.2022 PT client @lauraclyde_ has made great progress since I started training her 6 wks ago. We began yesterday's session with her first 'real' deadlifts after working on RDL's in recent weeks, and she smashed it with really good form and technique. She then backed it up with some weighted walking lunges to really activate and work the posterior chain further.
