School holidays begin on Sunday 28th of March and Term 2 will commence on Monday the 12th of April. Seeing our dancers do what they love again has absolutely warmed our hearts Sadly KFSD will be closed for the next 5 days due to stage 4 lockdown, but we can’t wait to be back on Thursday () eager as ever to keep on dancing throughout 2021!! Over 100 students on stage in the finale of THE NUTCRACKER So grateful and overwhelmed by the feedback we have received from our audience about how enjoyable this segment was in the concert - huge well done to all of our RAD students and teachers for making this vision come to life!!

09.01.2022 Dear Parents, We are sad to advise that all KFSD classes will be suspended effective Monday 16th March, 2020 until further notice as a result of the on-going spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). Sunday morning 15/3 classes will go ahead as planned. We understand that our dance classes do not meet the definition of a mass gathering as per the government’s guideline, however due to the confined nature of the studio and the large amounts of students and parents we have attendin...g the studios we have decided the risk is too great to continue. There is nothing more important than the health, safety and well-being of your children & family and we would prefer to be over-cautious and proactive at this time rather than wait for further government updates which we believe are inevitable. This decision has not been taken lightly, and we will continue to update you if we are able to re-open any earlier than Term 2. Credits will be issued, however at this time, please bear with us as we deal with a range of logistical business issues. We are mindful your children love dancing (& will probably be off school shortly), so we are aiming to put together some online classes for kids to enjoy and keep learning at home. We will be in touch as we progress with this over the next week. We are hopeful that this will only be a very temporary situation and we can get your children dancing again very soon.
