07.01.2022 Do you sometimes feel like you aren't making any, or enough, progress? Take a moment to step back and be kind to yourself. Remember there is no such thing as overnight success. Try breaking down your goals into smaller "baby steps" rather than give up or lose your confidence. Take those baby steps in the right direction and you will soon notice you are making progress, in a less stressful way. And don't forget to acknowledge and celebrate your progress along the way!

18.12.2021 Investing in developing your team will give you more than higher skills levels - it will increase intrinsic motivation (motivation that doesn't require you to offer incentives or rewards) sometimes referred to as self-motivation. Just imagine more skills AND more motivation = money well spent!

01.12.2021 How many green flags do you have? Sometimes we miss them - keep a look out for them - they might bring a smile to your face. Do you think they could apply at work as well as your personal life? Imagine if you had green flags with your staff or your customers - your results would be amazing!

20.09.2021 When was the last time your heard laughter at work? It’s been shown to reduce stress, and increase productivity but seems to be a forgotten joy. Why not encourage it with your team, to lighten the mood and share some fun moments together? Remembering it should never be at anyone’s expense or break the boundaries of decency, it should be just for fun for everyone. (ps. I really love the photo here :))

15.09.2021 Monday inspiration - take time to manage your mental health each day. Just a few minutes can make a big difference: - try some deep breathing and focus on your chest rising and falling - write down 3 things you are grateful that happened each day (this is a good one just before going to sleep- for better dreams) - take a few minutes in a quiet space on your own and do nothing - put your phone/media away for chunks of time during the day.... We take a few minutes each day for brushing our teeth (physical health) why not a few minutes each day for our mental health :) - See more

06.09.2021 Monday Inspiration - Do you say sorry A LOT? Would you have more money in your "sorry Jar" than your "swear jar"? Now to be clear, I am not suggesting you swear more!!! :) Why not see if you can pause before you say sorry and think about whether you need to say sorry. It will help to build your self-esteem and confidence. https://youtu.be/jgmmMVNFh5c

20.08.2021 Monday inspiration - How to create a winning mindset in 4 steps. It's common to think that others achieve success very easily while we might stumble or feel like a failure (a lot!). In reality, highly successful people often have the same experience of feeling like a failure as they build their success. But they use it to their advantage by developing a winning mindset and learning from their mistakes. One recent example is race car driver Daniel Ricciardo. Following his... comeback win at the Italian Formula One Grand Prix, he wrote: "Everyone faces speed bumps along their journey ... I try to acknowledge what brought me down and remember what my end goal is," His other tips include: 1. Ignore self-limiting beliefs to restore self-confidence. 2. Remember why you love what you do, and use it to fuel your actions. 3. Try not to let other people’s expectations or opinions drive you. 4. Channel your negative energy into something positive Take a moment as you being your week to make the choice to follow Daniel's advice. May you enjoy a successful week! See more

06.08.2021 This is my simple Self Care recommendation for you for the weekend. Reduce the amount of time you spend on your phone......put it in a drawer for a few hours or better still for the whole day...don't look at it for a couple of hours before you go to sleep... create a pattern of time out and carry it through to Monday and the whole week. You will be amazed at hour relaxed it will make you feel.
