25.01.2022 Update...! I am still around to look after all of your travel needs, but from the Kings Meadows branch. I hoped to email everyone with current bookings today but with my amazing colleagues temporarily stood down and the Charles St office closing today it was a very emotional (and busy!) day. These are very tough times but I am so grateful to still be looking after you all. Thanks again for everyone's lovely messages. 25.01.2022 I admit I wasn't much of an Elvis fan before going to Graceland in 2017, but it was really cool! Learning all about Elvis' life and how he grew up with very little but created this amazing career for himself, and then used that new-found wealth to support charities and help other under privileged people, it was fascinating and I have to say I even have a couple of Elvis records now If you're headed to the states, it is well worth a look!!

With more changes every single day (lots of domestic cancellations coming in now as well) - I am still prioritising people in date of departure. 19.01.2022 Flying on Jetstar and wondering about the status of your flights? Jetstar are notifying affected pax by SMS / email. OR you can go into manage your booking on their website and check the status of your flights. They are doing free of charge changes to new dates or refunds if you want to book with another airline, if you can get through to them, their hold times are pretty long. But if you booked your flights with me, please just call / email / PM me and I can look after it all for you #perksofbookingwithanagent

17.01.2022 Just a quick note to all my loyal customers - I am keeping an eye on everyone's bookings and contacting people in order of departure with changes/ cancellations. 15.01.2022 If you have a booking with me already, please know that I am contacting everyone in order of departure date. If you haven't heard from me yet, you will soon! I am trying to get back to emails and phone messages as quickly as possible as well as helping my team with their urgent bookings but we have been inundated. Please know that I haven't forgotten you and your booking is important to me as well! In the meantime, policies are changing multiple times every day so if you are looking at information online please make sure it is with Smart traveller, airline websites etc, as there are a lot of rumours floating around on social media - don't panic, some of the information you have read may not be accurate, or may have already changed. A lot of airlines are introducing flexible fare rules with $0 change fees so that if you do book a trip and then don't want to travel at that time due to COVID-19, we can change your dates for you. 06.01.2022 Hi travellers! Sad news, I'm afraid. With the massive downturn in travel, Flight Centre have had to make the tough decision to close some stores and Charles St is sadly one of them. We will be permanently closing our doors tomorrow. All of our bookings are going to be looked after by the Launceston Flight Centre in Brisbane Street. Thank you so very much for all of your support over the years, it has been my absolute pleasure looking after your travel. If I am not transferre...d to another store (I won't know this until tomorrow), I hope to be back once everything is all up and running again.
