25.01.2022 Awesome 3 Bed, 3 Living Rooms, 2 Bath & Double Garage, family home now available For Sale You still have a chance with this one, I managed to get it onto my page before putting a sold sticker on! ....I'm sure I'll sell it this week though another great turnout at the home open.... This one is tenanted though so best suited to investors or those owner occupiers not in a rush to move in! Unfortunately we had 2 exceptional offers after the first home open but they wanted to move in asap so unsuitable (one cash, to settle before Christmas!) Anyone with family homes in the area ready to sell, I have soooo many buyers looking right now to move in December/January, it's still possible for those cash buyers
