Funerals are a one-time-gig. Getting everything right is super important (that's why most people in the funeral industry are perfectionists, myself included) On Jan 1, my dear friend Joanne's wonderful Dad succumbed to cancer after an incredible battle that defied all the doctors predictio...ns. When I was asked by the family to lead today's memorial service I felt very humbled and a little nervous! Working at a funeral is one thing but leading the service is whole other kettle of fish. Learning about Ian, his life and his family, I couldn't help but smile and be a little in awe. He was a most amazing man who leaves behind him a truly beautiful legacy. I can't thank his stunning family enough for trusting me. I hope I did Dad proud.

She has had many tough battles and there have b...een some touch and go moments. Daria has has more surgeries than I can count and has spent a significant portion of her 19 years in hospital. She is currently again in hospital very unwell. Please, please let this dream come true! Though all of her battles there’s two constants - her family & her love of Taylor Swift!
