14.01.2022 The weekend that was Everyone knows how much I love competing in bikini competitions, it is where I feel my most confident. It gives me something to work toward and show off the hard work I put in the gym. This year was challenging for me but I had this to focus on and I am so happy with the outcome, placing in all 7 divisions I entered. 10.01.2022 Took some sexy, strong photos of this lovely client yesterday She has come so far physically and mentally and I'm excited to see what’s still to come Lisa started training with me 2 years ago and although was still her positive bubbly self there was an aspect of self confidence that was missing. Lisa's goals were to be able to get fit again and run around with her kids without being out of breath or feeling exerted and also to shift some extra weight that was gained ...over her 2 pregnancies. We started with the basics and working on getting her posture stronger and just making sure each exercise was done with the correct form before increasing the intensity of the exercise or the weight that was being lifted. As you can see from the photos above her posture is much better. Over the first year we worked on getting technique 100% correct and getting her fitter. We worked on the mental side with can do attitudes and getting through every session dead legged or not just showing her what was possible with that committed mind frame. Last Feb we started food plans for Lisa and heavier weight sessions and she gave it her all and this is where we really started to notice a physical transformation happening but we needed that form and technique correct to get to this stage so that we could smash out these harder sessions. Lisa stuck to her food plans and was at every training session no excuses she was there and put the effort in. We would change the food plan to suit what was happening with her body but she still got her weekend wine or her chocolate and treat meal she definitely didn't go without her comfort items. I am so proud of how far she has come and is still determined to progress further. Lisa shows up to her sessions rain, hail, shine, no sleep, hungover, shit going on whatever is happening in the background she gets in and gets it done and that's when you start to notice the reward for your efforts. Looking forward to smashing out your 2020 goals together
